TIP: Getting Back a Deleted Post

Hello blogging reader!

Found yourself thinking: "NOOOO!!! I accidentally deleted a Blogger post! How do I get it back?!?!"

The interesting thing about Blogger is that there is no 'bin' (not that I have noticed anyway) so you can't just undo a delete. Well, as a man of experience from a couple of days ago (having accidentally deleted a post - I blame the Android Blogger app for that!), I'm here to share with you how I got it back. Hope it helps.

R.I.P. Whitney Houston

9 August, 1963 – 11 February, 2012
Hello Reader,

It may be a couple of days late, but it's still fair to publicly mourn a respected figure. Whitney Houston; the first lady that made me respect singers (I'm a guy - at her peak, all I had cared for was loud, catchy bands or rap music).

I was about 7 when The Bodyguard (starring Houston and Kevin Costner) released. My mother went INSANE for it, bought the film's soundtrack and kept that CD on repeat, the songs would slowly sink in. Anyway, I had to respect that talent. The way she would effortlessly, with strong depth, glide over a beat and mingle pop with soul and R&B - incredible vocal range to add. Immense music. Though I can't say I know what happened to her since the 90's, or despite how easily people down her for her publicly known misdeeds, I will always respect her for the quality I felt she brought to the music industry, and cannot deny her for what she did to those who came after her (Destiny's Child, Jessie J etc) with many attributing her as an incredible influence.

I pray the best for her family, and the utmost strength.
